Yanagiya Honten (柳家本店)
has been serving the finest sushi / puffer-fish(fugu)/
conger-saltwarter-eel(はも)and japanease cuisine
in a traditional japanease setting featuring a wooden counter made of fine
japanease hinoki cypress.

The third generation sushi master. Mr.Yanagisawa,is an avid practitioner
of the japanease ceramic arts and the tea ceremony.Yanagiya Honten serve
an excellent range of seasonal sashimi(raw fish) puffer-fish(fugu) delicacies,and
